Roffey Park is an internationally renowned leadership institute that develops the people who develop some of the world’s best-known companies.

We worked with the CEO and his team to create an experience that would bring people together to explore Roffey Park’s future and the responsibility they would take in a rapidly changing world.

We facilitated conversations at three key levels:

Global – creating a shared understanding of the changing world they operate in.

Local – identifying what this means for Roffey Park and its clients, employees and stakeholders.

Us – collectively defining the positive changes people wanted to see and how Roffey Park would be part of that future.

Over 6 months, we designed and facilitated conversations with everyone from Board members and consultants to support staff and associates.

We captured the outcomes and co-created a narrative which is now providing a compass for the organisation, its strategic planning and communications into the future.
